1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using IWD IA LABS services, including web development, AI chatbots, automation and consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of services

IWD IA LABS provides software development, artificial intelligence, process automation and technology consulting services. The specific scope of each project is defined in an individual proposal or quote.

3. Use of AI solutions

Delivered chatbots, automations and AI models may generate responses based on third-party language models. IWD IA LABS does not guarantee absolute accuracy of AI-generated responses and recommends human oversight for critical decisions.

4. Payments and billing

Project prices are agreed in advance through a quote. Payments are made according to the schedule set in the corresponding contract or proposal. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual property

Once the full project payment is completed, the client obtains usage rights over the code and deliverables developed specifically for them. IWD IA LABS retains rights over its own methodologies, templates and reusable components.

6. Warranties and support

We offer a post-delivery support period according to the contracted plan. Outside that period, maintenance and additional improvements are quoted separately.

7. Limitation of liability

IWD IA LABS will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost revenue resulting from the use of delivered solutions, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

8. Project cancellation

The client may cancel an ongoing project by written notice. Payments corresponding to work already performed are non-refundable.

9. Modifications

These terms may be updated periodically. The current version will always be available on this page.
